Choose between 4 distinct fitness areas.
Strength & Cardio - Curcuit Fitness Room
14 piece strength circuit featuring selectorized machines by Body Power, complemented by 3 screen Broadcast Vision cardio entertainment for our cardio equipment:treadmills, stairsteppers, bikes, rowers, and Elliptical machines.
Free Weights
Benches and squat rack for lifting in a "semi-private" setting.
Aerobics Studio
Soft wood floor for dance & aerobics, as well as special fitness programs utilizing handweights, resistance tubes, and exercise balls.
Express Fitness
A dedicated room designed for a 30-minute workout. Achieve both strength training and cardio training in the same workout!
